Prominent minority owned financial institution is looking for a financial business analyst with a min of 5 yrs banking experience in operations including financial reconciliations, controls and compliance.
Proactive manager with strong problem solving skills and ability to make sound judgments with limited information. Should have retail bank exp. Primary responsibility is to provide operational and administrative support for the Retail Bank. Corporate title of this position is AVP.

Some of the responsibilities will include:
Establish and enforce disciplined approach and implementation of accounting controls and daily management of financial accounts that are critical to the Bank’s financial statements:
Develop and monitor core performance reports. Examples include rate variance analysis, product growth/decline, exception reporting (fee waivers), quality and timeliness of resolving operational issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of new retail banking products and services.
