Housing Case Manager

Screen clients for service eligibility by providing
comprehensive client assessment, developing
services and rapid re-housing plans, conducting
housing searches to include taking families
to view units, and offering ongoing case
management services.

Associates with 3 years related experience
or Bachelors with 1 years related experience
required. Must have effective client interview
and case management skills, knowledge of
affordable housing resources, valid drivers
license, and vehicle.
