Position Purpose:
Direct the operations of the Medicare Revenue Reconciliation team. Maintain oversight of payment reconciliation activities, metrics reporting, internal and external process and system audits, performance management, customer satisfaction, vendor management, and strategic operations.
- Manage the planning and direction of departmental operations.
- Provide direction and assistance to MRR management team (Supervisor, Project Managers, Data Analysts, Business Analysts) on key projects and initiatives.
- Measure, report, and evaluate operations and results to determine goals for improvement.
- Lead tactical and strategic planning for the Medicare Revenue Reconciliation team.
- Represent the MRR team to existing and prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee day to day operations for Tactical Operations, Strategic Operations, Vendor Management, and Data Analysis
· Partner with Clinical Assessment Solutions Business Development resources to market Revenue Reconciliation services to prospective customers
· Lead the development of new systems/tools for performance of the Revenue Reconciliation services
· Deliver on all customer contract terms and metrics
· Meet with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with services and reporting
· Evaluate existing processes, design and implement new processes, and identify new opportunities for Revenue Reconciliation services
· Maintain compliance of Revenue Reconciliation operations to CMS regulations and to Ingenix PHI Protections/HIPAA rules
· Set goals and management performance for MRR team
· Manage vendor and operations budgets for MRR team
· Report to Senior Management on the progress and key issues for the MRR team

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in a business field and 5-6 years experience managing employees
· Experience with performance management, goal setting, and metrics reporting
· Quick learner with solid understanding of Business/Finance concepts
· Strong leader with motivational skills
· Ability to make fact-based recommendations and decisions
· Ability to express ideas clearly and convey information effectively in oral and written communication
· Excellent presentation skills
· Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills
· Experience with technology solutions
