LITTLER MENDELSON GLOBAL is the Corporate Migration Law Group of LITTLER MENDELSON, the nation's premier employment and labor law firm. Our practice is growing rapidly and in response to that growth, we are recruiting for talented paralegals to join our Atlanta, Georgia office (Buckhead business area) and San Jose office (downtown area).

Successful candidates will:
• Be proficient with Outlook, MS Word, and Excel. Possess strong drafting, proofreading, communication and organizational skills.
• Prepare and track the process of visa petitions, PERM, labor certifications and applications for permanent residency for foreign nationals.
• Work with attorneys to manage caseloads from intake through processing and filing.
• Consider client service a priority. There is significant client contact which requires exceptional customer service and written/oral communications skills.
• Be proactive and extremely organized. Demonstrated case management experience preferred.
• Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. High attention to detail is required.
• Previous employment based immigration experience in a law firm is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of a second language and previous legal experience a plus but not required.
