CONTRACT FEE FOR SERVICE LICENSED THERAPIST

Needed to provide outpatient assessment, treatment planning, individual, group and family therapy to children 3 to 17. Family therapy/group skills are a must. Bilingual is a plus. Work setting can vary from Clinic setting to in-school and in-home depending on need.

Requirements:

Candidate must have Florida License for LMHC, LCSW or LMFT under chapter 491. Experience with children is required

Very good income potential, working with an experienced multidisciplinary team, positive atmosphere.
