Montblanc is represented in 35 boutiques in the United States, and 350 boutiques around the world.

We are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager for our Valley Fair Boutique.

Summary: Manage the sales, customer service, and operations of a retail boutique while providing for the growth and development of the sales team.

Essential Duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Achieve boutique sales budget
  • Meet boutique expense targets
  • Supervise boutique staff including Assistant Manager, technician and sales associates
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels for boutique volume
  • Provide for and monitor accurate processing of all boutique administration including daily sales and merchandise handling
  • Recruit and train sales staff, developing skills and career paths
  • Ensure appropriate scheduling while managing payroll expense
  • Develop active clientele program to create a core boutique client base
  • Actively pursue community partnerships to improve brand awareness and create business opportunities
  • Provide regular product and service feedback to corporate office to improve service and brand integrity
  • Ensure customer service standards are maintained
  • Maintain corporate visibility and boutique maintenance standards

Experience/Skills:

  • 10 plus years retail management in luxury goods or speciality store
  • Demonstrated Leadership abilities
  • Knowledge /relationships with local business community
  • Problem solver/Sharp organization and analytical skills
  • High level of etiquette business and social

Education and/or Experience: Previous work experience should include retail sales. Experience in fine watches, jewelry, or luxury goods are desirable.

Selling Skills: A positive professional attitude and presentation. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Computer Skills: Microsoft Windows, register and internet applications
