The Associate Pharmacy Clerk is responsible for prescription facilitation. The Associate Pharmacy Clerk provides a high level of quality while maximizing productivity. Responsibilities: - Open, batch and scan incoming prescriptions
- Fill prescriptions
- Pack filled prescriptions
- Replenish shelves and automated dispensing machines
- Track inventory
- Sort and deliver mail
- Operate automated shipping machinery
- Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards while maintaining a good attendance record
Job Requirements:
Qualifications: - Some experience using office machines
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system application
- An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED OR 10 years of equivalent working experience
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Available to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required according to the needs of the business
- Prior stable work experience
- Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
- Continued employment is contingent upon successful Pharmacy Technician licensing and registration
Physical Requirements and Work Environment: - Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, frequent and lengthy periods of working on your feet, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse to operate automated machinery, handling other objects
- Automated production environment with moderate to high noise level due to machine activity
