Perform member transactions, within authority, accurately, efficiently with good audit trail within Sooper CU guidelines and policies. Promote quality member service, via the telephone or in person. Greet members and potential members, answer all product and service inquiries and needs. Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells services beneficial to members. Assure appropriate records are maintained and required reports/tasks processed. Maintain and process member account/loan information on computer system. Must like to cross-sell products and services and maintain a professional demeanor. Must be able to work independently and as a team member.

Must be very flexible, able to work Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
