Junior Researcher/Recruiter: Advice Personnel

Established financial recruitment firm is looking for a junior research/ recruiter. This is an entry level position with plenty of room to learn and grow! Position entails working under senior level director who is willing to train to research candidates through job boards, database, and direct recruiting. Excellent opportunity to learn industry from top producer and make $$$$$ .ideal candidate will have 1year or more in college going for degree.preferably in accounting or finance & interested in getting hands-on experience in learning the world of financial recruiting- candidate should have ability to multi-task, learn & move quickly ,accurately thru training and be able to initiate & "think out of the box"
