Here are some of the areas of your responsibility:

  • Assist Controller with various projects and scheduled tasks, including:
    • Month-end close process
    • Financial statement preparation
    • General ledger and other accounting functions
    • Cash management
    • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Assist HR Director with various projects and schedules tasks, including:
    • Employee benefit administration
    • New Hire and Termination process
  • Semi-monthly payroll processing for about 100 employees
  • Maintenance and reconciliation of accounts and schedules
  • Preparation of various reports, including ad-hoc reports
  • Other tasks and projects as needed and assigned
  • Will be cross-trained on other positions
