Pharmacy Operations Manager


 Department: Pharmacy
Location: 41 highland Avenue, Winchester MA
Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday

Job Description:

Bachelor's Degree or Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy is required.At least three years of hospital pharmacy experience required. Five to seven years of progressively responsible experience is desirable. Assumes responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy. The Operations Manager collaborates with the Director of Pharmacy to assure an efficient operation. The Operations Manager communicates with other ancillary departments as necessary in an effort to maintain a high standard of pharmaceutical care. The Operations Manager assumes 24 hours accountability for the management of the Pharmacy Services in the absence of the Director. The Operations Manager fulfills the role of a staff pharmacist when the need arises.
