Sr. Software Engineer C++
We are seeking a senior software engineer to work on the next generation of our industry leading corporate and consumer products. We are looking for programming skills in developing Windows applications. This includes knowledge of Windows internals, network programming and the Internet.
You will be responsible for working independently or with a small team of engineers in developing new features and maintaining existing software programs designed using C++. You will provide work estimates, create designs, develop code modules, integrate software, and perform code reviews. Software engineers are expected to work with limited supervision.
We are looking for developers with an eye for innovation. We encourage new ideas that can improve the product and drive sales.
Requirements:
- 8+ years programming experience
- 5+ years Windows programming in C/C++
- 5+ years Windows programming technologies such as Win32, WMI, COM, .NET
- 3+ years working with MS Visual Studio
- 3+ years writing system level software
- Experience with multi-threaded design
- Experience with network programming (WinSock)
- Experience with commercial software applications is a big plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
