JOB DESCRIPTION:

Great opportunity Base + Bonus

Lead and manage the tax accounting, tax compliance, and GAAP/IFRS tax reporting functions. Work closely with Corporate Tax DepartmentS in developing, implementing, and monitoring best practices


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Strong knowledge of FAS 109, including FIN 48, and IFRS tax provisions, and experience in their real-world application to a financial services business and complex financial transactions.

Deep knowledge of and experience with income tax disclosures required for SEC filings

At least 6 years of Tax experience

CPA is a Plus
