Company presently looking for a top flight District Manager

The District Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a high quality workforce across the region. The District Manager serves as a key business partner to the regional vice president, Director of stores and other district/store staff. This role will provide strategic and operational support to leaders thorough out the business. The dm facilitates change and supports the business objectives through planned and executed people stratigies. The District Manager coaches and advises the store staff on HR practices, talent management complience, recruiting, training, and associate relations issues.

The Ideal candidate will come from a Big Box Discount Store with Supermarket in their background.
