Our reinsurance operations include both property and casualty and life companies. Details of this critical opening follow: Performs administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities may include screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and financial data, training and supervising other support staff, and customer relations. Requires strong computer and internet research skills. Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Duties may include, but are not limited to: *Under limited supervision, performs administrative duties of a highly confidential nature. *Performs administrative analyses delegated by the Regional SVP which require a considerable degree of independent decision making. *Schedules and organizes activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for SVP and select other members of the department. *Establishes, maintains and updates files for the SVP *Prints, sorts and distributes mail; answers routine correspondence. *Participates in the compilation of quarterly reports and the distribution of the report. *Sets-up new employees reporting to the Regional Executive, working with IT, facilities management and others as required to obtain workspace, equipment and all necessary accesses for new employees. *Maintains records, statistics, and reports relating to the Regional Executive or his staff, etc. *May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations. *Development PowerPoint/Excel/Access presentations for the Regional Executive. * Attend bimonthly meetings and take notes for the Regional Executive which should be maintained if needed in a later time. Reports to the ACE Regional SVP. Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.
