Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers. Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries.

Qualifications:
- High School or equivalent required
- 3 - 5 years call center supervisory experience required, including coaching and developing a team
- 3+ years Working with health insurance products
- Microsoft Suite of Products, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Supervisory experience in the Insurance Industry is preferred
- Experience working in a call center position within the healthcare insurance industry is preferred
- Experience supervising in a Business to Business environment is preferred
- Health Insurance Underwriting Experience preferred
- Training/education or equivalent in Quality Assurance/Training
- Interactive Intelligence or ACD system is preferred
- IEX or similar workforce management tools is preferred
