Seasoned Branch Staffing Manager, San Antonio, TX , Are you a leader in the Staffing Industry?

Seasoned Branch Staffing Manager needed for the McAllen area. Are you a leader with a established track record in Staffing, Recruiting and New Business Development? Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team of Human Resources professionals in the staffing industry?

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing multi-functional HR support including employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, aggressive outside sales and other duties as needed for the daily operations of the Branch Office. In addition, will be required to supervise and train staff to support a full cycle of recruiting including coordination, scheduling, tracking, sourcing, screening and offers. In addition will provide support for client/customer regarding their ideal needs and expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall performance and activities of the Branch Office.
  • Train and Coordinate staff abilities to coincide with the needs of PBSs Clients.
  • Strong outside sales experience and new business development skills, must be ale to maintain sales, budget and new business development quotas.
  • Foster positive employee relations in keeping with company objectives.
  • Manage and direct staff regarding related activities, policies and procedures.
  • Continuously improve the quality of the work environment.
  • Make sure daily operation activities are in compliance with all Federal and State statutes related to employment.
  • Ensure that required reports are forwarded accordingly and in a timely manner as required by Corporate office.
  • Screen resumes and interview for non-exempt and exempt positions that are designated for Direct Hire placements and conduct pre-employment tests and reference checks.
  • Provide training and guidance on policies, process, and regulatory issues to our On-Assignment Employees and PBS Office Staff.
  • Assist with placing employment advertisements and/or analyze reports and trends.
  • Superior customer service skills needed to resolve customer inquires and issues.
  • Explain our services and products to customers; ensure that customers are extremely satisfied and that they will continue to use our products and services.
  • Participate in Community Activities that promote PBS's business and awareness such as meetings and/or events.

Qualifications (Skills Required):

  • Self-starter with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong computer and Internet skills.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferable.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines a must.
  • Must have Sales abilities and experience to ascertain new business.
  • Should have at least five years of Human Resources experience, including two years in a supervisory position.
  • Previous experience with a Staffing Agency required.
  • Experience in the Motor Vehicle industry required.

Education:

  • Bachelors or 5 years equivalent experience working in a Staffing Agency.
