Overview: We are looking for a high energy individual who has the ability to maximize the At Your Service business and establish the highest standards of customer service. Will effectively execute service, selling and clienteling within Personal Shopping. Will be responsible for directing all daily activities in the At Your Service department.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Generate new ideas to develop business opportunities to build sales and deliver outstanding service
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base
  • Drive the accumulation of clients, affiliated sales and repeat client visits to drive sales
  • Create a positive work environment, recognize and celebrate positive performance
  • Role model outstanding service and customer relationships
Skills Summary:
  • A minimum of 5 years of related retail management experience (Personal Shopper) in an upscale retail environment
  • Proven ability to build a strong client following
  • Strong fashion sense
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
