RN and LVN Positions Available at Multiple Eskaton Locations:

Eskaton Care Center Manzanita, Carmichael (skilled nursing)
Eskaton Care Center Greenhaven, Sacramento (skilled nursing)
Eskaton Care Center Fair Oaks (skilled nursing)
Eskaton Village Carmichael (CCRC with 35 bed SNF)
Eskaton Home Care Services

We currently have On Call, Part Time and Full Time positions available.

A partial list of responsibilities will include,

  • Supervise and direct care given to residents by CNAs and ensure continuity of care by appropriately directing, coaching and counseling staff
  • Coordinates resident care between disciplines
  • Perform nursing treatments and procedures as prescribed for resident
  • Administer medications and IV drug therapy within scope of practice
    Requirements LVN
    • Valid/current CA Licenses Vocational Nursing certificate
    • CPR certification
    • Minimum of 1 year recent skilled nursing experience preferred
    Must possess an in-depth knowledge of comprehensive nursing care which includes,
    • Clinical disease entities
    • Physical assessment skills required for inital and follow-up appraisal on all assigned residents
    • Ability to learn and know the treatment, specialized diets and preventative aspects concerning each resident under your care
    RN Additional requirements,
    • Graduation from a baccalaureate degree nursing program or diploma school of nursing or an associate degree nursing program.
    • Valid California registered nursing license.
