About the position:

Junior Achievement of Wisconsin is hiring a District Director in Madison to serve Dane County and surrounding counties.

The District Director manages coordination of all corporate resources and education requests to provide experiential economic education to K-12 students in the district. The District Director is ultimately responsible for general management at the district level, including: strategic planning; program growth; oversight of program quality; financial management; fund raising; securing, training and placing volunteers to meet the demand for program; creating public awareness; staff development; and building and supporting the district board and committees.

Applicants should have: experience in fund raising; proven spoken and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects; ability to work alone and in groups; strong people skills and creative problem-solving abilities. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred. Sales/marketing experience a plus.

This is a full-time salaried position with benefits.
