Provide strategic business consulting with regard to effective utilization of human capital.
In this role you will oversee the implementation of strategic Human Resource functions for multiple locations of Associated Banc-Corp. The focus will include but not be limited to recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, salary administration, and compliance.
Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or General Business or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Education: Professional Human Resource designation preferred. (PHR or SPHR certification)
Minimum Experience: 3-5 years Human Resource management experience. Multi-location oversight and previous banking/financial experience preferred. 8+ year experience in Human Resources.
