JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• BS degree or experience that is equivalent
• At least ten years of hands on experience in a material control and/or purchasing role in an electronics industry
• At least ten years of detailed understanding & knowledge of Material Resource Planning (MRP)
• Experience with solid negation of BOM cost reductions
• APICS Certified
• Solid customer & interpersonal relationship skills
• Good leader, self motivator, & works well under pressure
• Legally able to work in the United States
• Solid English verbal & writing skills
• Assistance with relocation is provided for the position


PREFERENCES:
• MBA/MS or equivalent experience
• Experience with SAP software is highly needed
• Defense industry experience is a strong preference
• Experience interfacing with engineers on new product introduction (NPI) & experience transitioning products from engineering stages to the production stage.
