Assistant Poverty Advocacy Agency is looking for a person to assist potential first-time homebuyers to purchase homes and to assist existing homeowners with housing rehabilitation programs. Provides direct home ownership counseling education. Maintains accurate records and client files. Learns funding source regulations and requirements. Other duties as required. Some evening hours and one Saturday per month may be required. This position is located in our Westby Office. This position is a grade 16 - $13.11 per hour; 40 hours per week.
