Job Description
Candidate will be required to travel overseas to perform basic computer and printer repairs at various locations world-wide. Will be required to install computer server racks with servers, network switches, KVM switches , routers, cables and associated connectors. Compliance with written and established procedures required.
Required Skills
Bachelors Degree required. Must have the ability to assist with resolving routine inter-operability problems to obtain operations across all platforms, including e-mail, files transfer, multi media and teleconferencing. Ability to configure systems to user environments. Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to maintain a clearance at the TOP SECRET level.
