Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital is a not-for-profit, 97-bed, acute care hospital that provides care to residents of Auburn, Newcastle, Foresthill, Colfax, Lincoln, Lake of the Pines, Grass Valley and dozens of communities in between. In 1989, the hospital affiliated with Sutter Health, bringing resources and technologies that ensure that the most comprehensive quality patient services continue into the future. Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. The Occupational Therapist develops and implements a plan for providing rehabilitation home therapeutic treatment as well as education of patients, family members and significant others. Possesses a current Occupational Therapy certification from the American Occupational Theraphy Association (Title XXII) BLS-C Certification.
Experience as a Occupational Therapist in a rehab or home care setting is preferred. For CCS patients, prior CCS or pediatric experience and/or concurrent CCS employment.
Ability to accept and constructively utilize supervision. Ability to recognize the needs and concerns of people and maintain positive relationships in dealing with co-workers, physicians, patients, families and community resources. Ability to organize, use time efficiently and communicate well.
