The Occupational Therapist develops and implements a plan for providing rehabilitation home therapeutic treatment as well as education of patients, family members and significant others. Possesses a current Occupational Therapy certification from the American Occupational Theraphy Association (Title XXII) BLS-C Certification.
Experience as a Occupational Therapist in a rehab or home care setting is preferred. For CCS patients, prior CCS or pediatric experience and/or concurrent CCS employment.
Ability to accept and constructively utilize supervision. Ability to recognize the needs and concerns of people and maintain positive relationships in dealing with co-workers, physicians, patients, families and community resources. Ability to organize, use time efficiently and communicate well.
