| | | | |  Account Executive Description: The account executive is an inside sales position responsible for generating appointments and sales for the Regional Manager through cold calls, follow-up and contacting of qualified prospects to meet or exceed the goals of his or her assigned territories.
Job Responsibilities: • Meeting established goals and benchmarks for appointments and closed sales • Working with the outside sales team (assigned Regional Managers) to identify target markets and high value prospects within assigned regions • Locating, researching and cold calling prospective and active dealerships, identifying the decision makers and scheduling appointments for Regional Managers • Developing relationships with prospects to close new business over the phone • Creating proposals and preparing pre-appointment packets to increase the likelihood of one-call-close appointments • Providing customers with excellent customer service • Maintaining accurate records in Sales Force • Establishing and maintaining open communication and a positive working relationship with Regional Managers • Sending out marketing materials • Other duties as assigned
Required Experience: Qualifications: • Considerable B2B cold-calling sales experience • Skilled in building rapport quickly over the phone • Able to communicate clearly with all levels of associates; Internet Managers, GMs, and Sales Managers • Excels in written and verbal communication, especially over the phone • Flexible and able to adapt to constant change • Ability to work with managers and team members to achieve goals • Excellent follow-up with prospects, associates and managers • Innovative • High Energy • Determined to find solutions • Resolves issues easily either independently or with assistance • Proficiency in MS Office and Internet Explorer usage • Familiarity with Saleforce.com CRM a plus
