Senior Engineer: Compass Systems Inc.

Compass Systems, Inc. is a profitable, growing company focused on military systems, avionics, and imagery/surveillance systems. We are seeking an ambitious Senior Engineer with 5+ years of experience.

Job requirements:

- The successful candidate will have at least a BS in Aerospace or Electrical Engineering (MS preferred).

- A solid math background and at least 5 years experience in control/guidance systems design and implementation is required.

- The candidate must be proficient in coding digital signal processing, Kalman filtering, and/or tracking loop algorithms using C/C++ programming languages developed specifically for microcontroller based hosts.

- A firm knowledge of C/C++, Matlab and MS Office products is required

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong work ethic.

- US citizenship is required.

- Applicants must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
