PATRON EXPERIENCE MANAGER - AMERICAN PLAYERS THEATRE, an outdoor classical theatre with two stages in Spring Green, WI seeks a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to ensure that every patron has a unique and positive experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent management skills (personal and financial), a commitment to extraordinary customer service, a creative eye for merchandising in gift shops and concessions, and an understanding of APT's brand. Responsibilities include hiring and training seasonal house, concessions, and gift shop managers and staff; collaborating and creating new strategies to enhance the patron experience, tracking financial data, payroll, and inventory, and oversee various special events. Must be able to work during performances (significant nights and weekends) from June through December. This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits. EOE.
