Looking for Kitchen Managers from Upscale Casual Corporate Restaurant Chains with "Scratch Cooking" Experience. Strong Salary / Bonus Package!


Description of Concept:

An upscale casual dining restaurant with an on-site brewery. High volume ($4.5 to $5.5 million) made from scratch kitchen concept.

They now have 26 Restaurants operating in eight different states.

They offer a broad menu of items that are prepared fresh daily and are served in generous portions at reasonable prices. Their handcrafted beers are moderately priced and offer unique styles and flavors not typically produced by major breweries .

Average Weekly Volume : $70,000 - $100,000 (higher in certain areas)

Store Hours : Monday - Thursday: 11:00am to 11:00pm

Sunday: 10:00am to 10:00pm

Management/Salary Structures:

Operating Partner (GM) - $55,000 to 85,000 (average $14,000 in annual bonus)

Culinary Partner (Exec KM) - $55,000 to 85,000 (average $10,000 in annual bonus)

AM’s (3)/AKM - $35,000 to 50,000 (average $8,000 in annual bonus)

Profit sharing for OP with no buy in necessary.


Candidate Criteria:

  • Must have casual dining restaurant background from upscale restaurant establishment – no exceptions
  • Looking for candidates from these type of restaurant concepts: Cheesecake Factory, McCormick & Schmick’s, PF Changs, Bahama Breeze, J Alexander’s, Houston’s, Yardhouse, Capital Grille, etc.
  • AM / AKM candidates should have at least 4 years experience as a salaried restaurant manager
  • Needs to have experience in high-volume restaurants – at least $3 million
  • Must be employed in restaurants or recently unemployed (1-5 months out)
  • No more than 2 jobs in 5 years, 3 in 9-10.
