Dental Office Manager Wanted in Fresno, CA!

We are currently searching for an Office Manager with prior dental management experience. Our office offers a great patient flow, hard working dentist and staff.

We ask that this individual be knowledgeable with P&L statements and all aspects of Specialty dentistry as well as general dentistry.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises employees engaged in dental office operations.
  • Formulates treatment plans and pricing according to requirements for profitability of dental office operations.
  • Coordinates sales, marketing, and promotional activities with the intent of increasing and stimulating new patient growth
  • Responds to patient and staff inquiries
  • Ensures compliance with established OSHA, security, sales, and recordkeeping guidelines.
