The Member Services Representative I performs new member orientations and responds to inquires from members and providers regarding Health Plan benefits, Health Plan policies, and Claims issues. The Member Services Representative I works with members and providers to accomplish appropriate resolutions. The candidate must provide a typing certificate for 45 wpm or better. Must have at least 2 years of recent customer service in a call center environment. Spanish speaking is preferred. Must be a high school graduate. Strong customer service phones skills are required.
