SUMMARY:
VP of Sales will be respoonsible for managing , maximizing sales and profitability of the portfolio which is currently $5M. this individual must maintain current customers while continuing to develp new customers in Latin America, Mexico and Brazilian Markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership in the day-to-day operations while maintaining focus on Safilo’s strategic goals
- Drive the development of international sales strategies through Latin America, Mexico and Brazil to attain Safilo's business and revenue goals, with a focus on sales productivity and market penetration
- Develop and implement an annual Sales Plan in execution of the business goals, including the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives
- Regularly monitor the Sales Plan, providing quarterly updates, revisions and corrective actions as necessary to ensure achievement of business and revenue objectives
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer baseIn coordination with Safilo Spa, establishes both market and target customer strategies for the Company
- Responsible for the successful management of the needs of the Safilo’s customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention, and building customer loyalty
REQUIREMENTS:

Must have prior experience working within the Latin America Market

Must be fluent in Spanish; Italian would be a plus

Demonstrated leadership qualities, with ability to manage and get results through others

Strong working knowledge and experience in developing and executing strategic as well as tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives.

Highly organized and efficient with very effective time management skills.

Ability to create effective short-term as well as long-term plans in support of and execution to the business goals and objectives

Strong problem analysis and problem resolution skills at both a strategic and functional level Ability to organize and manage multiple and changing priorities effectively and efficiently
