My client, a manufacturer, located in the vicinity of Battle Creek , Michigan is seeking a Complaint Specialist with FDA Technical experience. This individual will have the responsibility of evaluating and coordinating technical investigations. Improving trending methods and investigation tools will be a requirement as well as performing analytical reviews of complaint reports. A major component of this position will coaching other departments regarding FDA regulations.

Requirements:

BS/BA Degree

5 years experience as a Complaint Analyst in an FDA environment

Knowledgeable of FDA regulations

Ability to coach individuals or teams
