Receptionist/Customer Service/Order Entry



We're looking for that high energy, friendly, professional voice to answer 50 to 100 inbound calls per day for a manufacturing company. Calls will be typical reception calls or product information request, shipping status requests, or orders placed by distributors. Must have technical ablity to learn product information and portray it accurately. Must also be able to handle status requests by people who wanted it yesterday, but didn't get it. Must be able to do accurate data entry to enter orders. This is a smaller team oriented type office atmosphere. We're looking for that person who wants to learn their job and ask for more! This company believes that every employee's contributions goes into making them successful.
