    Job Details: - MA RN license required Provides direction and leadership to staff to ensure development and application of standards to enhance the quality of care to patients on acute rehabilitation unit. Under the supervision of the Director of Rehabilitation, responsible and accountable for the development and application of standards to enhance the quality of care to clients/patients within stated areas of specialty. As a role model, utilize the nursing process in practice, evaluation and reserve. Serve as a member of the interdisciplinary team, functioning collaboratively as a consultant and practitioner. Requires current MA RN licensure, BSN or working toward the same, 3 - 5 years clinical experience in rehabilitation setting, CPR certification/instructor. CRRN certification preferred.
