Skilled Trades McLaughlin Body Company is accepting resumes for Production MIG Welders and Weld Line Inspectors Qualified candidates must have the following to be considered: Ability to work flexible work schedule, nights, overtime, and/or weekends Have HS diploma or GED Must have a proven attendance record with a track record of producing quality products while working safely. Must pass a series of pre-employment tests including a drug screen, criminal background check and physical and functional screen Welders must have a minimum of 6 months experience as a production welder, mig welding experience or certification from a 115 hour welding course offered at various community colleges Inspectors must be able to comprehend blue prints and have knowledge of weld inspection process, along with welding experience. A plus would be interpretation and application of Geometric Dimension and Tolerance (GD&T) engineering drawings and standards X,Y,Z coordinate drawings. Also use of personal computers running Windows word, excel and outlook is necessary experience. McLaughlin offers competitive wages and benefits.
