Immediate Opening in the Health Care Field!

Well know Hospital is Seeking the Following Positions:

Medical Records- Will be working in Various Locations in the San Diego area. Positions are temp and Long term temp. Hours will vary-First shift. Pay $11 per hour.

MUST pass Medical Evaluation. MUST have 6 months Experience with Medical Records

Admin Assistant- Temp position In Downtown San Diego. Working for Family Violence Program. Position will be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Pay is $12 per hour

MUST have 1 year expeirnce in Hospital.

Patient Account Rep II- In a team environment secures and provides appropriate information to patient families and funding sources to register, schedule and/or obtain authorizations for inpatient, outpatient and/or diagnostic services.MUST have 1 year Experience as Patient Account Rep. Bilingual. Long Term Temp to Perm. $12 per hour

Patient Account Rep III-Inpatient Patient Access Registration,Authorization, Follow-up, Completes Admit and Discharge insurance payor notifications, Obtains authorizations for length of stay and level of care. Follow-up on accounts that do not have complete authorizations for inpatient stay. Contacting payors for Authorization.Bilingual English/Spanish
Minimum of one year work experience in a health care setting and/or one year work experience in a specific departmental function.
1 year Min Experience Needed in the Health care industry.

Receptionist-Cardiology Dept Main Campus. MUST be Bilingual/Spanish! M-F 7A-4P

Complete Description: Greeting patients, taking patient information,checking patients into EPIC and moving through the office and clinic area.
Assist with Cardiology Registration. Must have front office experience (Prefer hospital setting or Cardiology Office). Strong Customer Service, Multi-line phone, MS Office, able to multi-task with little direction. Pay $11

Customer Service I- PFS Dept

Complete Description:
Needed to assist with answering and returning calls. Assist patients and family in their billing or statements sent to them for balances either to obtain payment of co-pays, co-insurance or deductibles.
Obtain insurance information in order to bill insurance carriers and able to determine EOB'S, Explanation of Benefits. Must also be able to have excellent customer service skills and preferrably bi-lingual, english/spanish. Medical terminology and experience in a healthcare facility.

Pay $12 per hour

ALL POSTIONS REQUIRE EXPERIENCE IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. MUST BE OKAY WILL DRUG SCREEN, TB TEST, CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK.
