Davis Staffing has a need for an Inventory Control Coordinator



SUMMARY

Work to ensure timely and accurate perpetual inventory maintenance in support of company objectives and continuous improvement. Work in support of customer needs regarding inventory, shipping and status information

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Report out Production Orders

Complete and close Production Orders

Issue packaging materials from Production Orders

Issue additions to Production Orders

Track and report manufacturing details for monthly reports as assigned.

Track and maintain raw material, finished goods, and nonconforming materials

Initiate and document cycle counts for finished goods inventories and raw inventories.

Maintain Sample Log. Coordinate to ensure timely shipment of samples.

Ensure scrapped items are relieved from inventory promptly and accurately.

Maintain truck log.

Coordinate batches to be recertified by presenting paperwork to QC and communicating priorities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma and/or at least 2 years experience in operations, inventory management.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Must have very strong skills to enable self to learn new systems to analyze and research. Excellent Excel proficiency required
