Project Manager/Software Analyst: WTS Paradigm

Position Description:

Software Analysts are responsible for the successful implementation of WTS CenterPoint and MasterPoint application software. In order to ensure success of the project, the Software Analyst will work directly with their assigned customers and manage project timelines using a variety of planning tools. The ability to clearly communicate with internal and external project resources is key in this position.

Detailed Role definition:

· Maintain regular verbal and written contact with customers, including weekly calls with customer's project team.

· Keep project plans accurate and up to date.

· Manage multiple projects at once and prioritize issues for timely resolution.

· Escalate issues internally and with the customer as necessary (missed deadlines, over budget, scope creep, etc).

· Complete monthly Executive Status Reports to communicate project progress to the customer's Executive leadership.

· Assist with internal company initiatives, including QA and documentation.

Skill Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated project management and customer service experience in the software industry.

· College degree in IT, IS, Business or related field required.

· Strong interpersonal skills – written and verbal communication.

· Attention to detail and excellent follow through skills.

· Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.

· Strong PC skills and experience with Microsoft Project and Excel.

· Must be flexible to changing demands with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced business environment.
