Job Description

Role Responsibilities
• Treatment of the field of application of electronics with the centre of gravity Instrumentation and Vehicle analysis in the subdivision electrical system / Electronic before and series.
• Area-covering analyzing of system mistakes in complicated electric perimeters with next initiating of parking measures.
• Planning, tuning and transforming of solution proposals with product, quality-conditioned and expiry-conditioned problems with the building of prototypes, Pursue including of the agreed measures between the respective specialized divisions, like planning, quality and research and development.
• Recognizing and applying suitable solution possibilities for the technical and functional improvement of the vehicle components.
• Discussed by development zones and transforming of solutions with new insertions.
• Tracking of the operating sequences as well as compiling, suggesting and founding of measures for the improvement of the quality of manufacture and the cost situation.
• Cooperation in higher task forces.
• Planning and realization of Workshops to special problem formulations.
• Solution proposals for the conversion in the series with the specialized division tune.
• Developing, suggesting and working out of construction solutions for standard problems of the pilot productions / prototypes and discussed of development zones and transforming these solutions with new insertions.
• Introduction and pursuit of the necessary measures about problem sheet, driftingoff - permission, amendment or office – package.
• Documentation of the mistake parking processes.
• Initiating and helping in the cause inquiry of mistakes of the electronics in the vehicle whole group and in networked systems.
Job Requirements
Years of experience: 3-5 years
• C# or similar • Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic • Preferably experience in automotive area (OEM´s, suppliers) • Communication skills – interpersonal, presentation and written • Computer savvy – skilled in the use of software • Integration – joining people, processes or systems • Influencing and negotiation skills • Problem solving • Resource management • Availability for business trips (weeks to months)
• Ability to use Microsoft software systems to register, track and follow up problems • Capability to establish technical summary reports from miscellaneous data • Establish a clear direction, lead the countermeasures with management and other departments, simultaneous engineering teams etc.
• Ability to use C# or similar • Optimization of process arrangements to assure built in on duty can be achieved by the production team member
• Process arrangements – efficiency, ergonomics • Capability to design/develop/fixtures on processes to assure process efficiency/output
Specialized skills, knowledge or certifications unique to this role
• IT-Systems, Office package
• English fluent
• Good knowledge in German or Spain
Work flexibility (travel requirements, work schedule, etc.) Availability for frequent business trips (weeks) and during the launch also month for training
