Job Description
Dual role position working within the Human Resource and Payroll Departments, providing assistance with the company's Human Resource functions and processing the bi-weekly payrolls. This is a part time position working 20 hours per week.

Primary Responsibilities

  • In coordination with the HR Generalist, processing and preparing the bi-weekly payroll using ADP Software for 150 employees , including all weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Conduct new hire orientations; including the overview of company policies
  • Maintain all benefit plans and be a resource for employees
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet department needs

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's level degree in Business Admin or Human Resource OR
  • 2-3 years experience in processing payroll using ADP Software
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Computer experience and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, ADP software and web based applications.
  • Effective time management skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills to support internal customers
