The Client Service Associate II, under the direction of branch management, performs a variety of duties related to all phases of cash handling, customer service, product knowledge, and sales. As a Client Service Associate, you will ensure client satisfaction by practicing, following, and implementing Fremont Bank’s Six Diamond service standards.

This is a part-time 20 hour per week position.

The ideal candidate must have prior cash-handling and customer service experience; 1 year is preferred. Prior banking/teller and sales experience is a plus. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. A professional appearance is a must.
