Portfolio Administrator to support CFO
Responsibilities: Support the CFO in day to day oversight of separately managed accounts, overseeing various custodians to ensure accurate reporting and timely settlements, researching exemptions relating to positions, cash and income items, interacting internally with portfolio managers, traders, settlements area and compliance officer to resolve issues promptly, assisting trade support area with various tasks including trade order confirmations, allocations and general maintenance within the order management system.
Seeking: A candidate with an Bachelors degree and ideally 1 to 3 years of related experience. Knowledge of Advent AXYS and Bloomberg are a plus.
Salary: Depends on experience.
