CAPITAL PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

State University Construction Fund

Responsible for managing the procurement of architectural, engineering and construction related services by the State University Construction Fund. The Capital Procurement Specialist will develop and review procurement documents; review selection committee recommendations for contract awards; act as a liaison for vendors, Fund professional staff, and representatives from regulatory agencies; assist in the production of vendor outreach materials; review procurement processes and recommend improvements; coordinate with the Fund's MWBE Program; and develop and produce relevant historical, trend and projection analyses.

A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field from an accredited college with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Excellent written and verbal skills required. Possess strong analytical, computer and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
