Responsibilities:

  • Strong energetic leader with a firmware, driver and software background to lead the site and the technical staff on projects which feed multiple programs.
  • Critical thinker with strong desire to win and a large capacity to solve problems, both technical and with staff.
  • Aggressively plan and execute projects to achieve schedules, budgets and business objectives.
  • Must be able to work with teams at other facilities including India.
  • Must be able to successfully communicate and work with executive management, marketing, and OEM's.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline, or the equivalent in training and experience with an advanced degree recommended.
  • A minimum of 15-18 years related experience and at least 7 years management experience is required.
  • Must possess proven management and leadership ability and a high level technical background to perform complex research and development work.

Desired Qualifications:


  • Strong knowledge of NIC (network interface cards), Ethernet, iSCSI, Fibre Channel and storage.
  • Experience working with multiple remote sites including international.
