Provider Relations Manager: Aspen Dental

Position Summary:

It is imperative to our growing network of dental practices that our dentists are properly licensed and credentialed. To accomplish this, the Provider Relations Manager is responsible for ensuring that our new dentists receive optimal participating provider status in all assigned locations and of all insurance providers. Applicants must have strong communication skills because they will be interacting with Recruiters, Directors, Regional Managers and Dentists throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Provider Licensure & Credentialing
• Source and maintain up-to-date information regarding all new and existing state and federal requirements as they pertain to professional licensing requirements, credentialing requirement, processes, schedules, etc.

• Provider Enrollment Application Process
• Execute enrollment process for new providers including but not limited to completing applications, providing credentialing and provider history to the appropriate insurance carriers, and regular communication and follow-up to ensure network participation status is secured in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely renewal of participating provider credentials, liability certificates, etc. with insurance carriers.
• Source and maintain up-to-date information for all existing carrier network requirements as they pertain to credentialing requirements, processes, schedules, etc.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• High School diploma; college degree preferred
• 1-3 years related experience preferred
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
