to join our team:

Buisness Systems Coordinator

Ideal candidate will provide support to Claims, Network and UM assuming responsibility for systems maintenance, updating, testing and training and documentation, and assume task from each area.

Requirements:

• 2 years Managed Healthcare experience preferred

• High school diploma and 2 years college preferred

• Extensive knowledge and experience with personal computers and software applications in regards to healthcare operations

• Excellent verbal and written skills

• Strong analytical and technical skills

• Must be organized with strong attention to detail

• IDX experience preferred

• IDX MCA knowledge for loading and maintaining benefits, fee schedules, etc.

Duties:

• Contributes to and supports the corporation’s quality initiatives by planning, communicating, and encouraging team and individual contributions toward the corporation’s quality improvement efforts

• Assist in the provider, benefit, contract and fee schedule set up and maintenance in IDX MCA.

• Assist with contract reviews and audits


• Responsible for Health Plan provider notifications


• Responsible for system configuration/issues research resolution

• Responsible for batching and logging superbills for diagnostic coding
