Job Description:
Assist Business Development management with all phases of Acquisition/Divestiture, joint venture and other strategic initiative processes.
Perform various analytical responsibilities that support Corporate Finance initiatives.
Requirements:
MBA Preferred BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar field required Minimum 5 years business experience, with at least 3 of those years in finance required. Must maintain confidentiality and strict adherence to Goodyear's business Conduct Manual. Strong analytical and data management skills. Must exhibit the ability to interpret complex/conflicting data and identify problems by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach, anticipating the implications and consequences of situations and take appropriate action to be prepared for possible contingencies. Must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the business processes issues related to, and drivers of, business line performance. Strong communication skills, including effective presentation skills. Ability to facilitate collaboration across functions and SBUs. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines. Financial modeling capabilities. Strong computer skills. Ability to work with all levels of the organization and external constituents to achieve desired results. Able to influence from a position of expertise.
