We are immediately seeking experienced and qualified Sales Executive’s to complete our team. We maintain a very friendly work atmosphere where our professional sales personnel can achieve their full potential with virtually NO limit on earnings. We are looking for that certain individual to acquire, develop and build long-term relationships with customers while striving to achieve their personal best.

Our company has a dedicated team with many years of experience in the transportation industry. We provide top notch communication and shipping services that are tailored for our clients needs.

The Sales Executive role will be responsible for new business development, as well as to maintain our current client base thru Full Truckload, LTL, and/or 3PL services. This is strictly an inside sales position.

Our compensation plan is unmatched in the industry. With an UNCAPPED commission structure that is generated from percent of gross margin, This is a great opportunity for an experienced and sales minded individual to make more in commissions with one of the best logistics teams in the business.

Minimum Requirements:

4 year college degree or a combination of a 2 year degree and equivalent experience

Ideal candidates will possess:

2-4 years experience in Inside Sales role

Demonstrated success in their current field

Proven ability to solicit new customers and generate financial growth

Ability to develop positive working relationships and new business over the phone.

Ability to generate business leads

Strong organizational, verbal and decision making skills

Growth and sales oriented mind set

Excellent communication skills

Organized and detail oriented

Attention to accuracy

Able to work both Independently and in a team environment
