Job Description:

Bayada Nurses, home care specialists, is seeking a Spanish-English Bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of full time Clinical Associate in our personal care, Perth Amboy, NJ office. The Clinical Associate is an opportunity for an experienced RN to train with a Clinical Manager who would expose you to all facets of home care field staff management. This would involve assisting with in-office skill assessments, clinical staff orientation, administering PPDs, and visiting clients in the home with the Clinical Manager.

This role would be a grooming opportunity to become a Clinical Manager, offering the ability to manage your own case load of clients and be involved in the development of their care plans, assessments, and supervisory visits for our field home health aides.

The Clinical Associate role takes place in the office managing documentation as well as in the occasional field work when doing home visits, which offers flexibility in your schedule.

Requirements:
· A current NJ license.
· 3 years nursing experience.
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
· Must be flexible and able to work independently.
